A wide variety of native trees have been planted throughout the park. Maples, Birches, Tupelos, Cedars, and Dogwoods will flourish every season at Lovelady.

There are 20 hand-hewn tree-trunk benches strategically located throughout the park.

Apple Grove
A hidden apple grove was discovered when we removed invasive overgrowth. This cluster of apple trees is another potential dedication opportunity.

Lovelady’s existing art shed, recently renovated pro-bono by Alex Forden, will anchor the community’s gathering space.

Pollinator Garden
An intimate community space bursting with seasonal color. Featuring a wide variety of flora and fauna to support our vital pollinators.

Cilli Pond Footbridge
The bridge, crafted from native black locust trees, will span the pond and connect the north and south paths.
